QUESTION: What is about 15 feet tall, travels at probably no more than 10 MPH on the surface streets, and when on the freeways is most likely responsible for some of those random objects (chairs, ladders, mattresses, brooms, etc.) that get dropped on the freeway, causing traffic problems each morning?

I always picture said objects bouncing off of the trucks and into my windshield, piercing perhaps my right shoulder but not killing me.
